Hands-Free Gate
by The First YearsProtect your pet during the holidays by confining them to safe areas when guests arrive, keep them out from underfoot while cooking your holiday meals, or keep them safe with the Hands-Free Gate. This gate uses pressure-mounting pads to secure, it does not require any permanent hardware, making it easy to bring along on holiday overnight trips. The hands-free design makes it easy to open the gate using a foot pedal. I would not recommend this gate for very small (toy breed) dogs as they may be able to slip through (or get their head into) the bars. Bar spacing is just under 2 1/2" but the spacing may be wider around the edges. Extensions are available if your doorway is wider than the gate. This is a well-made gate and at 32" taller than many similar gates. The vertical bars prevent climbing over the gate.
